We seek to employ an experienced and resourceful IT Support Specialist to join our team, who will be responsible for managing and resolving technical issues, ensuring seamless operation of the IT infrastructure, and providing exceptional support to end-users.
The successful candidate will be based in Athens and will be reporting to Infrastructure manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administering users and their corporate IT equipment and associated software.
- Providing support in-person and remotely, troubleshooting and resolving user's issues.
- Identifying, tracking end user's hardware and software needs, recommending IT solutions that meet business needs.
- Implementing user change requests, performing advanced hardware and software installation, configuration and deployment.
- Ordering of the hardware and maintaining hardware/software inventories.
- Collaborating with other IT Teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Handling support tickets, logged by users in a timely manner.
- Collaboration with external vendors.
Requirements
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technologies or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Good knowledge and hands-on experience with experience with Microsoft's technology: Windows 10/11, M365, Intune, Active Directory, Networking.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
- Eligible to work in the EU on full-time permanent basis without the need of employer sponsorship.

- Good communication, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ease of learning new IT systems and technologies.
