We are seeking to hire an IT Solutions Sourcing Expert to join our Professional Services team and become part of our success story.
What The Candidate Will Do
On Supplier Management
Encourages co-innovation and value co-creation for business cases and solution packs in collaboration with suppliers
Proactively engages suppliers for mutual benefit to resolve business challenges and operational malfunctions
On Technology Service Management
Engages with and influences stakeholders to ensure that services are developed and managed to meet agreed service levels, security requirements and other quality standards
Aligns the contribution of specified systems and services to clearly stated organizational and financial goals and performance targets. Recommends options for sourcing — whether in-house, outsourced, or a combination
On Stakeholder Management
Facilitates the engagement of stakeholders in support of the delivery of business cases and solutions proposals
Negotiates to ensure that stakeholders understand and agree on what will meet their needs, and that appropriate agreements are defined
Deals with problems and issues, managing resolutions, corrective actions, lessons learned, and the collection and dissemination of relevant information
On Sourcing
Review business cases (requirements, potential benefits and options) and determine appropriate procurement routes
Using market knowledge to inform specifications, ensures detailed pre-qualification questionnaires and IT tender invitations are prepared
Collects and collates data to support collaboration and negotiates terms and conditions to reflect the scale of requirements and encourage good performance
Requirements
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
At least 5 years of experience in the IT industry or other business field (IT related)
At least 1 year of professional experience in large-scale organizations (> 300 people)
At least 1 year experience in technical sales/ IT solutions enablement role
