Job Description: The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily technology operations of the company. This includes maintaining and troubleshooting hardware and software systems, implementing and managing technology solutions, and ensuring the smooth functioning of IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Design, installation, maintenance, and configuration of networks (VPN, Asterisk telephony system, Office 365).
Server and cloud infrastructure management.
Technical issue support and troubleshooting for software and hardware.
ERP system management, specifically SOFTONE, with programming knowledge for implementing new functionalities being highly valued, (ERP/WMS hardware IoT, scanner etc.)
Training and supporting users on ERP and other software.
Creation, expansion, and maintenance of reports.
Managing and supporting the company website (WordPress) in collaboration with external partners.
Leading and supporting the IT team, developing new functions and applications.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
Strong experience in IT management and systems administration.
Proficiency in networking and server management.
Experience in software and hardware troubleshooting.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Experience in the manufacturing or food industry is a plus.
Programming knowledge and web technologies.
Good knowledge of operating systems and Microsoft Office.
Fulfilled military obligations (for male candidates).
Possession of a passenger car.
