We are currently seeking an experienced IT expert to join our team at Elastic Architects. This role is crucial for maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure, including software, hardware, servers, and networks. The ideal candidate will provide technical support, solutions and troubleshooting assistance to our employees, ensuring smooth and efficient IT operations within the office. This position requires a hands-on professional who can work closely with our staff to resolve IT-related issues and optimize our technological capabilities. 🚀 Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
Maintain and administer IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and peripherals
Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems
Collaborate with team members to identify and implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
Monitor system performance and security, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
Assist with IT-related projects and initiatives as needed
💡 Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Proven experience in IT support roles, preferably in an architectural or design environment
Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking concepts
Proficiency in operating Windows systems. Productivity software (Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite) would be considered as a plus.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
