Veridos Matsoukis S.A, a leading Security Printing Company, member of the VERIDOS and G+D group, is looking to recruit an ERP Consultant, who will be responsible for the administration and in-house support of the company's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, the Production Management Information System (MIS), as welll as the integration between them.
Role & Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot and Support of end-users with their daily ERP tasks and processes.
• Contribute to the configuration, customization and enhancement of the ERP System (Microsoft Business Central)
• Maintain and Monitor the integration of Microsoft Business Central with the company's MIS system (Overprint).
• Gather user claims, requests and new requirements and contact third party vendor for resolution or further developments.
• Active communication with the other departments (Production, Finance, Procurement, etc) for gathering new requirements or handle issues.
• Contribute to the implementation and testing of new technology solutions related to Microsoft Dynamics.
• Help actively to meet the targets of our organization.
Qualifications
• At least 2 years’ hands on experience with ERP systmes, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• BSc/MSc degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or any other relevant field.
• Excellent understanding of business processes with priority in Finance and Accounting.
• Experience with SQL Databases.
• Excellent communication skills in Greek and English language.
• Excellent organization and ability to balance multiple priorities appropriately.
• Experience with Ticketing Systems (Jira, ServiceNow, etc)
• A confident and positive attitude with strong team working ethics but also with the ability to work autonomously.
