We are actively seeking for an ERP Consultant, with a passion in implementation and optimization of ERP systems, to join our team at our offices in Marousi.

The ERP Consultant will play a critical role regarding the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of ERP systems. This role involves understanding the business processes, customizing the ERP solution to meet the unique requirements of the organization and contributes to its overall success.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with all departments to understand their business requirements and processes.
• Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting to address any issues post-implementation.
• Provide comprehensive training to end-users on ERP functionalities.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify the best ERP solutions.
• Manage ERP implementation projects, ensuring they are completed, within scope and deadlines.
• Troubleshoot and address any issues related to ERP.
• Collaborate with fellow consultants and project managers to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements

• A solid understanding of supply chain industry will be considered as a strong asset.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including technical consultants, project managers, and end-users.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, facilitating effective collaboration with stakeholders.
• Capacity to work autonomously while also thriving in collaborative team environments.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master’s Degree will be considered an asset.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in implementing ERP solutions.
