Sometimes we take a little bit more pride in what we do, mostly because of why and how we do it. 😍 iQnovus, Quest Group's Innovation Center, powered and managed by #UniSystems Innovation team, was recognized at the Hellenic Responsible Business Awards for the initiatives "First pilot UAV flight of medical supplies from Kos to Pserimos" and "Dispatch of humanitarian aid and drone services in Thessaly after the catastrophic floods of September 2023" receiving the Gold and Bronze awards respectively. 🥇  And there you have it: #Innovation as the key to changing the world into a better place! Warm congratulations to the Pleiades IoT Innovation Cluster, PROBOTEK, ACS Courier and Postal Services and to everyone involved for their dedication and tireless efforts, which have made these achievements possible! 🙏

Moving forward 🚀   Having worked as a Software Engineer for a number of years, Stefanos Manolakis joined Uni Systems in 2019 to do what he knows best, and, was soon promoted to Supervisor of the Public Administration and Financial Projects Unit. With his dedication to continuous learning and professional growth, and with Uni Systems’ support that provided him with numerous opportunities to enhance his skills and knowledge, Stefanos transitioned to a supervisory role, which requires effective leadership skills and strong interpersonal relationships.   Embracing change ✔   During his time at Uni Systems, Stefanos went through significant personal and professional growth. The mentorship he received having experienced colleagues and supervisors at Uni Systems has been invaluable, as their guidance supported him in navigating complex projects and making informed decisions, fostering both his technical and leadership skills. He has also noticed that he gradually became more flexible and open to change, a skill that helped him navigate the evolving landscape of software development.   What’s coming up next? 🔜   Looking ahead, Stefanos is excited about the future and the opportunities that await him and his team, as well as his personal involvement in technical and strategic initiatives.   Thank you, Stefanos, for sharing your inspiring story with us! 🙏 #LifeatUniSystems

With the main mission of the Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX) being the support of the Greek capital market to fulfil the numerous regulatory and financial obligations, the institutional player provides - among others - comprehensive IT solutions to further boost productivity and adaptability. 🚀 Last week we had the opportunity to witness firsthand how far this support could go. In an ambitious project, the ATHEX Tech Summit managed to bring together leading IT executives from both listed and non-listed companies, to discuss how far #technology can take the capital market and by what means.
