In her speech titled "From Dough to WoW: Our Path to Redefine Taste at E.J. Papadopoulos S.A.," Ms. Markantoni shared with the attendees the journey of establishing our Sensory Lab to enhance product development. She also walked them through our process of leveraging sensory science to elevate our products’ taste, demonstrating how this approach has set us apart in the competitive food industry.
