Page layout should be unchanged when filters are enabled
Elements with css position anchored to the body are affected and changes layout when filters are applied.
Instead of adding css filters to the body, apply them to the root html element

Thanks for raising this issue 😃. Sorry for the delay I just came back from holiday.
I just release a fix for both Firefox and Chrome, Changes was done in the extensions repository
I just submitted the update on the Google developer dashboard on Firefox add-ons, The new version should be live in the next few hours.
Expected Behavior
Page layout should be unchanged when filters are enabled
Current Behavior
Elements with css position anchored to the body are affected and changes layout when filters are applied.
Possible Solution
Instead of adding css filters to the body, apply them to the root html element
