Windows 10,使用VsCode，手动安装了rust-msvc，利用scoop安装rust-analyser，使用vscode时收到了如下警告：

Failed to spawn one or more proc-macro servers.

- cannot find proc-macro-srv, the workspace `D:\source\rust` is missing a sysroot

Failed to find sysroot for Cargo.toml file D:\source\rust\Cargo.toml. Is rust-src installed? can't load standard library from sysroot

D:\Program Files\Rust stable MSVC 1.70

(discovered via `rustc --print sysroot`)

try installing the Rust source the same way you installed rustc

vscode使用codelldb来调试会输出中文乱码
貌似是codelldb采用的是utf-8编码，而终端默认采用gbk格式的，但是如果使用cargo命令或者rust analyzer插件的运行都会正常输出而不是乱码。
请问大佬们是如何解决的？
