What information was incorrect, unhelpful, or incomplete?

I came to this article with vague knowledge that there was now an alternative to media queries, but without remembering the name of the feature I was looking for (@container). However, @container wasn't mentioned in the article text, except for as a single bullet point in the index of child pages.

The structure of the article feels a bit haphazard. To me it seems a little arbitrary what's a "Regular" at-rule, compared to the more numerous and more commonly used "Nested" at-rules. (Wouldn't a nested rule containing only declarations, such as @counter-style, have the closest syntax to an ordinary rule?) The article has different sections for "Nested" and "Conditional group rules" (with different heading levels), but to me the former seems too broad, for example grouping @font-face (that nests declarations) with @keyframes (that nests "qualified rulesets"?).

What did you expect to see?

  • @container appears under the "Conditional group rules" section, immediately below @media, alongside a short summary of its purpose.
  • The conditional group rules aren't duplicated in the "Nested" section.
  • There's a third section between "Nested" and "Conditional group rules" for at-rules that nest qualified rulesets only (but not any valid statement).

Do you have any supporting links, references, or citations?

Do you have anything more you want to share?

Thanks to all the contributors :)
