What information was incorrect, unhelpful, or incomplete?

The form attribute is listed on https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Attributes, but the link to form is red. We should likely create that page. with links from <button>, <fieldset>, <input>, <label>, <meter>, <object>, <output>, <progress>, <select>, <textarea>.

Some of those pages already have the attribute listed. It would be good to have a full page because there are consequences to this attribute that are not adequately listed in all of the related pages.

We don't explicitly assigned issues any more. If you want to work on something create a PR and cross-link (in that PR put Fixes #28375 as part of the description. That way people looking at this issue can see someone is working on it.
