Chrome / Firefox min-height rendering difference

There seems to be a difference in Chrome and Firefox when it comes to elements with a min-height, that contain elements with margin-bottom.

If you open this demo in Chrome and Firefox and compare the two, you'll see that the margin-bottom is not applied on Firefox on the outer `DIV`, while
it is applied on Chrome.
