As the Head of Marketing Growth, you will lead the Marketing team, which plays a critical role in ensuring Neobrain's visibility and credibility worldwide. Your mission will be to generate leads and establish a strong brand DNA across all markets.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and monitoring the overall business marketing strategy. Additionally, you will have a key focus on lead generation, driving the acquisition of new customers and fostering sustainable growth for Neobrain.

Missions :

  • Develop and execute an effective growth strategy to increase Neobrain's brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
  • Lead the marketing team to achieve lead generation and conversion goals.
  • Design and implement innovative marketing campaigns, including content initiatives, events, and partnerships.
  • Analyze campaign data and performance to identify optimization opportunities and improve results.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Oversee marketing budgets and ensure optimal return on investment for each initiative.
  • Maintain competitive intelligence to stay up-to-date with market trends and industry best practices.

Requirements :

  • At least 10 years of professional experience in similar roles in the SaaS sector.
  • Excellent lead generation and conversion skills, with a strong track record of successful growth strategy implementation.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, ability to thrive and adapt quickly in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
