The Agile Coach will be an Agile advocate, coach, and integral part of the product development journey. This role involves guiding teams to create digital solutions that could revolutionize healthcare.

Agile Leadership: Mentor teams in Agile methodologies, fostering growth and continuous improvement. Expertise will enhance project management practices, driving agility and innovation.
Product Development: Guide teams to maintain a sustainable product development pace, integrating Lean UX and product discovery for user-centered, data-driven solutions.
Collaboration: Facilitate seamless collaboration between cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring all voices are heard and removing impediments to progress.
Strategic Alignment: Align team efforts with the broader vision and strategy, focusing on outcomes that matter to customers and the business.
Event Facilitation: Orchestrate Agile ceremonies to keep teams synchronized, engaged, and focused on delivering exceptional results.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven ability to coach Product Owners and teams, with a track record of scaling products across diverse markets and stakeholders.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, mentoring, and leadership abilities, fostering a productive, agile environment.
Technical Skills: Deep understanding of Lean & Agile practices, along with knowledge in UX/UI, application design, and integration.
