While the echoes of inspiring discussions still resonate in our minds, let's look back at the Sustainable Development Days of July 3rd and 4th, which took place at our various sites in Haute-Savoie. 🌍 This key event was an opportunity to experience the commitment of our teams in a tangible way, both on-site and online thanks to a web conference led by Bruno Barlet that brought together an engaged and proactive community. These two days were energized through interactive workshops, enriching lectures, and collaborative initiatives, each highlighting our commitment to responsible and useful activity. Innovative ideas and dynamic exchanges showcased our shared vision of a sustainable future and the strength of our collective approach. Every action taken, every conversation shared, not only illustrated our sustainability strategy but also reinforced our virtuous impact on the environment and our communities. The event also celebrated the 20th anniversary of the FONDATION SOMFY, thereby shining light on the long-standing commitment of our organization to corporate social responsibility. ⚙️ At SOMFY, actions in support of sustainable development are more than a responsibility: they are a passion that unites us and a strategic goal that guides us. These days have opened new paths of thought and reinforced our determination to innovate and act for a better environment. E-Supplier Day 2024 edition at #SOMFY Group! At SOMFY, every component integrated into our products, every service we deploy, come from a tight collaboration with our suppliers, who are essential actors in our success. Today, we are celebrating these strategic partnerships that drive our innovation and growth. We brought together 230 major suppliers with a spirit of sharing and innovation at our E-Supplier Day, revealing to them the directions of our SOMFY Group 2025 One Way strategic plan. The event showcased our shared vision—a collective journey to reach new heights in leadership, operational excellence, and resilience.   With Charles-Edouard Vasse our CPO, our ExCo members Benedicte SIMOND and Sébastien Picot have not only shared our vision of innovation but also how our suppliers can contribute to it. 🚀 In keeping with this, we invited 12 partners to join us on-site for the event. They had the chance to tour our R&D center, engage with technical experts, and discuss our common challenges with various SOMFY managers. 🤝 The introduction of our code of conduct underlines our shared commitment toward a more ethical, social, and ecological world. It's not just a promise; it's a path towards excellence that we are forging together, towards increased sustainability and responsibility. 📈 In 2023, we achieved a significant milestone with the creation of the "Relationship Impact Index”, which scored 2.84/4. The 2024 edition will measure the progress made and continue the journey. To all our #suppliers, THANK YOU for your #commitment by our side. #SOMFY is taking action for a sustainable future: reducing Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions by 50% by 2030. 🌱At SOMFY, we understand that ecological responsibility is a collective and ongoing endeavor. To take our part of the journey we have set the ambitious target of tackling the major source of emissions in our carbon footprint, which is the 92% coming from the latent consumption of our products. This point, common to all electrical equipment, is particularly significant as it also directly impacts our industrial clients' carbon footprints. To address this challenge, we have been committed since 2015 to set an example with our proactive eco-design approach. ACT FOR GREEN represents our initiative which goes beyond legal requirements and covers all aspects of our product conception, including reduced standby energy use, less obsolescence, more recycled materials, and a design that continuously evolves to embrace technological and environmental innovations. 🎯 Our efforts to provide a PEP Ecopassport for more than 160 products in our portfolio, coupled with our roadmap to ensure 100% of sales adhere to the ACT FOR GREEN guidelines by 2030, are tangible proof of our commitment to transparency towards our clients and industrial partners. In 2023, we are proud to present: - 26 new ACT FOR GREEN products launched this year. - 62.3% of our sales volumes come from ACT FOR GREEN labeled products. Improving the energy performance of buildings while maximizing comfort. 🌎 #SOMFY Group develops ranges of opening automation solutions that combine thermal comfort, energy savings, and carbon footprint reduction. SOMFY headed the R+T trade fair in Stuttgart, Germany, from February 19 to 23 🌍 As market leader, the Group had to set the pace, and its participation in this edition was crucial. It was the perfect opportunity to showcase the diversity of our offer and the complementary nature of our brands. Our brands Somfy, BFT SpA, SIMU and Teleco Automation were each represented on a dedicated booth to deliver powerful brand messages, including the presentation of new products and services. 👏 Thank you to all our customers for coming to this event. It was a pleasure to meet up again. Congratulations and thank you to all our staff for making our group shine at this special event.
