How Malteurop China masters the secrets of hazy IPA Malteurop China organised the fourth edition of the Malteurop China Craft Brewing Technology and Market Seminar, supported by Malteurop North America. The event brought together 115 guests, including representatives from the China Alcoholic Drinks Association, top brewing universities, R&D centers of major beer groups, and well-known craft brands. We had the opportunity to listen to insightful reports on topics such as hazy IPA technology, yeast in the brewing process, and management and marketing strategies. A co-brewing activity was also held, where distillers used Malteurop China's malt, Laman Yeast, and hops from Golden Beer Company to brew hazy IPA. It was a unique opportunity to taste and discuss the brewing process with experts. Overall, it was a great event that provided valuable insights into the craft brewing industry in China. We are looking forward to seeing how the market will continue to grow and evolve in the coming years!
