    🌟 It’s here! We just released the “Top A/B testing influencers you need to follow” list for 2024. Congrats to all the hard work these individuals put into helping the rest of us learn more about experimentation. 👏 What started as a simple list 4 years ago has evolved into a carefully researched directory of the minds shaping A/B testing, CRO, and experimentation. These individuals share original opinions and research here on LinkedIn, as well as in books, papers, and at speaking events. They have worked hard to build an audience and have a high “followability” score. So you know, for 2024, we’ve made TWO important changes: ✨ AI is now its own category. AI is transforming experimentation, and it's essential for success. 🌐 The list is now global. The list now begins to include names from APAC, MEA, and LATAM. It dives deeper into Europe. We reviewed over 670 industry names, dedicating 68+ hours to bring you the ultimate list of 2024 influencers. This year, 39 NEW names made the cut. We’ve continued to prioritize diversity in compiling the list. Over 60% of our influencers are from diverse backgrounds.     👥 When you’re part of such a large organization, it can be hard to get buy-in across different teams. This is what Catherine Crim, Senior Site Optimization & A/B Testing Analyst at JCPenney says she’s struggling with in her latest role: 🗣️ “So the way our structure is set up is under Chief Digital Officer. There's both an e-commerce arm as well as a digital product arm. And that right there... poses some challenges, right just there. Those two not being together and having different leaders and different directors, different VPs has become a little difficult. And so I think that's a big thing that I'll want to consult with other people and talk and get a little empathy from other people because I've been used to agency life where it's like from proposal to test launch, very, very short window of time, versus having as many approval steps as we have at JCPenney.” Do you share the same struggles or have any advice for Catherine?
