𝗜𝘁'𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗮𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗱!  🌿 From 17 to 21 June, Gekko Group is celebrating Quality of Life at Work week!🌟 Yesterday, we kicked off this special week with an exciting conference on the theme of "Dietetics and Teleworking". 💻🍏 🎤Hosted by Anne-laure Possard, dietician and nutritionist, this session offered us invaluable advice on maintaining a balanced and healthy diet, even when teleworking. Anne Laure reminded us of the importance of eating well to stay fit and productive, sharing practical tips for incorporating healthy eating habits into our daily professional lives from a distance : 💡 𝗠𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴: prepare a weekly menu to avoid impulsive food choices. 💡 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗵𝘆𝗱𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Drink at least 1.5 litres of water a day to stay hydrated and energised. 💡 𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆: Take active breaks to stimulate circulation and avoid muscle tension.
