La semaine dernière, parmi environ 300 candidats, FACTSTORY a remporté le prix du meilleur pitch dans la catégorie « Global Issues » lors du Sunny Side of the Doc 2024, marché international du documentaire. 🏆 Ce prix a été décerné pour "Inside Gaza", un film en développement, écrit et réalisé par Hélène LAM TRONG avec l’aide du bureau de l’AFP à Gaza, en coproduction avec FACTSTORY. Parmi les six finalistes, nous avons eu l'honneur de recevoir cette distinction. Prévu pour une diffusion en 2025, “Inside Gaza” a pour ambition de dépasser la couverture journalistique et quotidienne du conflit pour livrer des témoignages et images inédites, sur la façon dont le siège de Gaza a été vécu de l’intérieur par les journalistes. FACTSTORY won the Best Pitch Award in the "Global Issues" category last week at the Sunny Side of the Doc 2024 international documentary market, amid some 300 submissions. 🏆 The winning entry, "Inside Gaza", a film currently in production was written and directed by Hélène LAM TRONG with the help of the AFP bureau in Gaza and co-produced by FACTSTORY. Among the six finalists, we were honored to receive this distinction. Scheduled for broadcast in 2025, "Inside Gaza" goes beyond the daily editorial coverage of the conflict with first-hand accounts and unprecedented images of the lives of journalists in Gaza during siege.
