Juni 2024 - Jährliche bdp Sommerfeier und Teambuilding 🌞🌊 Das bdp-Team hatte eine unvergessliche Sommerfeier in Warnemünde/Rostock! Mit feinsten weißen Stränden, blauem Meer und frischer Seeluft bot das Hotel Neptun die perfekte Kulisse für unser jährliches Treffen. 🌅✨ Unsere Kollegen aus Berlin, Hamburg, Frankfurt, Potsdam, Marbella, Warschau, China und vielen weiteren Standorten wurden herzlich von unserem Rostocker Büro empfangen. Das gemeinsame Abendessen im Restaurant Dünenfein mit lokaler Küche und die unterhaltsame Nachtwächterführung am ersten Abend waren nur der Anfang. Ein besonderes Highlight war das Public Viewing des EM-Auftaktspiels Deutschland gegen Schottland am Strand – 5:1 für Deutschland! 🎉⚽ Der Sieg wurde in der Sky-Bar gebührend gefeiert. Der Kern unserer Reise war ein groß organisiertes Teambuilding, gestartet von Herrn Dr. Michael Bormann. Besonders inspirierend war der Vortrag von Peter Beblein über die CO2-neutrale Gestaltung unseres Rostocker Büros. Nachhaltigkeit und Digitalisierung bleiben zentrale Ziele bei bdp. 🌍💡 Der praktische Teil unseres Teambuildings von unserer bdp-eigenen Kommunikationsberaterin Antonia Schlote umfasste kreative Spiele, die den Zusammenhalt, Verhandlungsgeschick und die Kommunikation förderten. Die Freude und der Teamgeist waren deutlich spürbar! 🤝 Nachmittags ging es weiter mit Hafenrundfahrten, Stadtführungen und Stand-Up Paddle Boarding. Trotz des kurzen Regenschauers blieb die Stimmung ausgelassen, und der Abend endete im hoteleigenen Club DaCapo. 🚤🏄♂️💃 Ein riesiges Dankeschön an Dr. Michael Bormann, Martina Hagemeier und das gesamte Organisationsteam für diese wundervolle Veranstaltung. On June 6, we had the pleasure of hosting a highly successful event titled "Leveraging Diversity for Enhanced Productivity in Sino-German Cooperation," featuring esteemed speakers Ms. Fang Fang and Dr. Michael Bormann from bdp Bormann, Demant & Partner, a long-term trusted tenant at the German Centre Shanghai. With a turnout of 50 participants, the event was a testament to the growing interest and importance of cross-cultural cooperation between China and Germany. Fang Fang and Dr. Michael Bormann, both experienced speakers, provided invaluable insights into the complexities of Sino-German interactions. Their expertise was evident in the way they seamlessly integrated theoretical knowledge with practical anecdotes, making the session both informative and engaging.
