Marta is a financial controller specialized in accounting and auditing, she assists companies with the organization, management and optimization of administrative and accounting processes, as well as overseeing external financial audits.  Moreover, she thrives within collaborative team environments, making valuable contributions and promoting beneficial synergies; combined with a high curiosity to keep lifelong learning. Furthermore, with a robust background encompassing companies of various sizes and sectors, ranging from small and medium sized enterprises to large multinational corporations, she brings a comprehensive and strategic perspective. Marta is a native of Igualada, Spain and currently resides in Barcelona. She enjoys hiking, being in contact with nature and dancing lindy hop. 

Sun rises on #Merseyflow team as they set out to conquer Snowdon for charity: In the early hours of Sunday 4th August, a dedicated team of 27 emovis employees from our UK operations will be lacing up their hiking boots for a challenging nine-mile trek up Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon), aiming to raise vital funds for their adopted charity, Halton Haven Hospice. The group will start its Snowdon Sunrise Charity Challenge ascent from Llanberis at 2am, reaching the summit in time to witness the breathtaking 5.30am sunrise. Santiago is lawyer with a 9-year career in distinguished international law firms such as Allen & Overy and Baker McKenzie, advising multinational group of companies as well as private equity funds in complex local and cross-border M&A transactions, including due diligence prior to acquisition and legal assistance during the acquisition and post-acquisition integration process. Throughout his career, he has advised clients from different sectors such as banking, infrastructures, food and beverages and renewable energies. He has also been involved in pro bono activities, advising different foundations and associations, particularly in the healthcare sector. Santiago was born in Barcelona (Spain) and has lived in Perth (Scotland), Geneva (Switzerland) and Madrid (Spain). He loves sports (particularly tennis), cinema and the countryside, where he and his family try to go every time they get the chance
