Transformation : changement de modèle opérationnel pour répondre à des enjeux stratégiques définis avec les Directions Générales : refonte des organisations, processus, modes de travail et interfaces, en co-construction avec les acteurs terrain et le management intermédiaire Efficacité de Grands Programmes : sécurisation des jalons et livrables, redressement économique, dans des environnements à fort contenu technologique, avec de multiples parties prenantes, une exigence forte de la part des donneurs d'ordre sur des grands projets à enjeux sociétaux Les consultants Avencore sont répartis sur 4 bureaux à Paris, Düsseldorf, New York et Shanghai. Tous ingénieurs, ils interviennent directement chez nos clients au sein d'équipes agiles à taille humaine (2 à 4 personnes) et sur tout type de missions. Meet Ilyès! Ilyès Methia has joined Avencore in 2021 because he wanted his work to have a concrete impact and to make a difference to the industrial actors. Since the beginning of his career, he has been in contact with the leaders of the largest companies, which has allowed him to progress rapidly.
