Hello, I just started having an issue where my power button does nothing, and neither does manually shorting the pins
I have a POST speaker and it's just silence, no fans spinning or anything

I would suspect a power supply issue but I tried it with a known working and it's the same issue

Stuff I've tried:
A different PSU
CPU works in another rig
Only 1 RAM stick
Replugging everything back in
Booting with only CPU and RAM plugged in

Specs:
AMD Ryzen 3600
Asus Prime B450M-A II
Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x8GB
Rosewill Semi-Modular 80 Plus Bronze
XFX Radeon 6700XT

I've used this PC for a few years and just in the past month got a new motherboard

Any advice would be appreciated

A different PSU
What was the make and model of the PSU you'd used to troubleshoot your system?

Rosewill Semi-Modular 80 Plus Bronze
Rosewill is the brand of the unit while 80Plus bronze is the advertised 80+ efficiency rating of the unit. What is the model of the unit and how old is the PSU in question?

Asus Prime B450M-A II
Your motherboard has a feature known as BIOS FlashBack, which is the black button on the back of your motehrboard;

I tried the flashback, which worked successfully (light went from flashing to off), but still the same response

I actually managed to get some life out of the motherboard, it did manage to at least fully power on but it wouldn't power on after I turned it off to try plugging in my graphics card

The testing power supply is a new Aresgame 650 watt, and my current power supply is also a 650 watt

The testing power supply is currently powering my gf's computer with no issues.

I was also able to manually start my original power supply by shorting the pins on the ATX cable.
