Usually I’m good, however I am struggling to get my head around the optimal setup.

Just ordered a used base M2 mini, should have it in around a week.

Have the following:
2X 27” Dell S2721DGF monitors - DP/HDMI 1440p 165Hz.
1X 55” Toshiba Z670MP TV - HDMI 2160p 144Hz.
1X Dell Thunderbolt Dock WD22TB4
(Limitation with dual displays)

Ideally I want everything left connected, at most 2 displays active, most of the time I’d only have 1 display active.
I prefer SDR (no HDR needed).

Is this possible?
Do I require anything else to make things work?
Can I just enable and disable displays through settings?

What I’m thinking:
TV and first monitor connected to the Dell dock (assume this would “clone” both).
Second monitor connected directly to the Mac mini HDMI.

Any suggestions?
Any clue what kind of refresh rates I could get?

Usually I’m a slap it together and see if things work kinda guy.
This time I thought I’d ask.
Thanks for your time!
