Passwords.app and legacy contact security access in case of death?

Hi,

concerning iCloud Keychain and other, it is not possible to access it via legacy contact security access (see https://support.apple.com/guide/security/legacy-contact-security-secebf027fb8/web)

Does anyone know something about it within upcoming Sequoia release of passwords.app? Will it be handled in a different way?

For me it is one very important point, that legacy contacts get access to my data within passwords.app
