My Apple ID only offers me the ability to “renew” (years ago I had an individual paid dev account) but I want to simply switch to a free account so I can dl ios18. I opened a case and tried triggering a phone call 15x but it never actually calls. Have emailed 3x but no response. Anyone know how to get this sorted? Much appreciated!
