We're excited to announce our investment in Valo, the AI-powered solution bringing order to enterprise SaaS chaos. As Timo and Lauri write on our blog: with the average enterprise powered by hundreds of SaaS apps, IT teams are struggling to keep up. Valo.ai the admin's new best friend, using AI to proactively manage and secure SaaS environments, starting first with Salesforce. At Inventure we're always on the lookout for founders who have deep domain expertise and the ability to build category-defining companies. Jari Salomaa, Mika Ståhlberg and Hannu Varjoranta fit that mold perfectly with a deep background at Salesforce and strong cybersecurity expertise. Today our portfolio company Canatu concluded a share exchange agreement with Lifeline SPAC I with the goal of forming a publicly listed company.   As Canatu’s first institutional investor back in 2010, this exit showcases what’s possible when investors truly partner for the long haul. At Inventure, we believe early-stage deep tech investors must truly understand the technology and opportunity to roll up our sleeves and to work alongside our portfolio companies through every challenge.   As we look towards Canatu becoming public, we have the same excitement about Canatu as we did in 2010. Canatu’s Carbon NanoBud technology is widely validated and commercialized. With a substantial war chest to fuel further innovation and growth, Canatu’s CNBs can potentially go into a variety of different industries in the years to come.   As a longtime chair and board member Sami Lampinen writes in our blog, “That’s where I’m probably the most excited — this exit isn’t an endpoint, it’s a new beginning of a long-term story.
