Join us for our monthly Hemp Grower Meeting on July 30 from 4:30-6:30 pm at Southern Oregon Research and Extension Center, 569 Hanley Rd, Central Point, OR. This month’s meeting will be all about “How we can Mitigate the Irrigation, Pest, and Disease Issues during Growing Season”.
We will learn Irrigation Management by Dr. Richard Roseberg (OSU-Soil Scientist); Botrytis Disease Management by Dr. Achala N. KC (OSU-Plant Pathologist); and Caterpillar Damage Management by Dr. Govinda Shrestha (OSU-Hemp Extension Specialist). Presenters will be in-person at the meeting.
Also, in the meeting, you will have an opportunity to interact with experienced Jackson and Josephine counties' hemp growers, and the local representative from Oregon Department of Agriculture Hemp Program.
The registration for the meeting is optional but the registration helps to know number of participants attending the meeting.
