“I talked about the importance of fostering a strong culture that gives employees the energy they need to compete and evolve, which are drivers of change.” I have been an environment where management encouraged competition among team members and it deteriorated the work environment. Perhaps your are saying outside competition… I find a culture of collaboration to appeal and attract the best in this youger generation … food for thought.
