Full-time Hybrid (3 days in the office and 2 days remote)

We know what our government and defense industry clients want and aim to build bespoke equipment and software to fit their exact requirements. 


Job Summary: 

This role is crucial for overseeing the entire spectrum of HR processes, including sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the evolving needs of our organization. The successful candidate will be instrumental in implementing procedures and establishing efficient ways of working within our newly created department, ensuring seamless operations and administrative support. 


Responsibilities: 

  • Talent Acquisition: Actively source, attract, and hire top talent to meet the organization’s evolving needs. 
  • Payroll Management: Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including handling benefits administration and resolving payroll-related issues. 
  • HR Administration: Create and maintain accurate employee records, manage HR documentation, and oversee HR-related administrative tasks to support efficient department operations. 
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations and stay up-to-date with changes in HR legislation. 
  • Onboarding: Create and implement comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the organization. 
  • HR Policy Implementation: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. 
  • Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, manage conflict resolution, and promote employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment. 
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and career development. 
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate HR reports and analyze data to inform strategic decision-making and improve HR practices. 
  • HR System Management: Manage HR systems and tools to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency. 
  • Culture and Employee Engagement: Promote and cultivate a positive organizational culture and drive initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction 


Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or a related field. 
  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment and HR administration (3 - 5 years preferred). 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. 
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and employment regulations. 


Preferred Qualifications: 

  • HR certification is a plus. 
  • Industry-specific experience is a plus – engineering, manufacturing, hardware. 
  • Use and understanding of Zoho People.

Salary range: 

• Between 28 to 35K€ depending on experience, and knowledge – full-time position.
