How will you make an impact?

• Supporting component design, development, maintenance and taking responsibility for personal technical quality standards within the project team.
• Assisting with structured practices definitions, especially in source code management, building, and deployment.
• Building highly scalable applications and solving complex challenges.
• Optimizing performance in applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  
  

What Will you need to success?

• 3+ professional developer experience or equivalent.
• Solid software engineering experience, including issue tracking, source code management, code reviews, and testing frameworks.
• A great understanding of the JavaScript ecosystem (for example, React, jQuery, Angular, TypeScript).
• Ability to empathize with end-users, to turn needs into features, and to balance user experience with engineering constraints.
• The ideal candidate has curiosity and experience in backend systems as well so that you can understand and contribute to it in support of your frontend responsibilities.
• Clear verbal and written communication; demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and with peers from a variety of disciplines.
• Good understanding of Agile development methodology and techniques.
