Who we are?
The Finance Team is the main responsible of managing the preparation of balance sheets, financial statements, cash-flow reports, day-to-day record keeping and reporting, including all payroll, accounts payable and receivable.
We are currently looking for a self-motivated, well-organized Accounts Receivable Analyst to become an integral member of the Finance team. This is a great role for someone passionate about the accounts receivable area, solution oriented and excited to contribute and learn in a quickly evolving fast growth company.
What will you do?
Receive and record payments from customers made through bank transfers
Ensure accuracy in recording payment amounts and dates
Reconcile daily or periodic bank statements with recorded payments
Investigate and resolve any discrepancies between bank records and internal records
Respond to internal inquiries regarding payment status and reconcile any discrepancies
Provide copies of receipts or transaction details as needed
Post payment accurately to customer accounts in the accounting system
Communicate with the credit control team regarding any concerns related to payments
Generate reports detailing reconciliation status, outstanding payments, and any discrepancies
Identify opportunities for process improvement in the accounts receivable and reconciliation process
Maintain comprehensive documentation of all reconciliation activities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar field
Advanced user of MS-Office (Master in Excel)
Fluent in Spanish and good level of English (minimum B2)
At least 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable roles
Notions of Plan General de Contabilidad Español (PGC) are mandatory, and high knowledge is a big plus
