For many years I volunteered for different game / board positions as an external member of Gameforge games (ogame.org & ogame.es and some less well-known, such as Ikariam.ve, ogame.ar, Ikariam.cl and some other Latin America Domains).
In these positions I had to fill many hats. I provided the upper level Support level before a Community Manager from Internal Gameforge was involved, worked on bugs tracking, worked really hard on Team Building activities in order to keep a motivated…For many years I volunteered for different game / board positions as an external member of Gameforge games (ogame.org & ogame.es and some less well-known, such as Ikariam.ve, ogame.ar, Ikariam.cl and some other Latin America Domains).
In these positions I had to fill many hats. I provided the upper level Support level before a Community Manager from Internal Gameforge was involved, worked on bugs tracking, worked really hard on Team Building activities in order to keep a motivated community, worked on server metrics for teamlers, defined work instructions to standardise teamlers work and helped with rules localisation.
Supported different domains for some of the games with about 50+ Servers on some Communities.
