Today marks a milestone for Mercedes-Benz Group Services Madrid: we have opened a new office in Málaga! With an inaugural ceremony attended by our managers, employees, and the local authorities, we have officially opened our doors to innovation and excellence. The new office underscores our commitment to innovation, collaboration, and our belief in the power of local talent.   More than 60 employees will work in this new office located on Larios street in Málaga. The first ones have already joined and we have several open job positions in the fields of Full-Stack Engineer, BackEnd Software Engineer and Quality Assurance. This new office is not just about growing our team; it's about strengthening ties with the Malaga community and fostering a collaborative environment where great minds come together to shape the future of mobility.   Here is to new beginnings, continued success, and the journey ahead. A group of 50 employees from Mercedes-Benz Group Services Madrid recently visited the Vitoria factory, the hub of our van production. It was a chance for our team members to witness the fascinating world of manufacturing that combines tradition with innovation. The visit was a resounding success, with many employees expressing their appreciation for the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of our operations and the hard work that goes into every Mercedes-Benz van. Our colleague María José Montiel from Mercedes-Benz Group Services Madrid took to the seas in the third Desafío Ola Salud race! ⛵ 🌊 Held from May 31 to June 2, 2024, around Mallorca, this event is not just about the thrill of sailing but also promotes teamwork and marine conservation. Organized by Quirónprevención, 14 women from top companies participated in the race and navigated the waters, including our safety and prevention expert María José. With the support of professional sailors like Diego Fructuoso Pérez, Albert Torres, and Ángela Pumariega Menéndez - OLY, it was an event where strategy met sustainability. The fifth edition of The Inclusive Circular Lab led by Fundación Juan XXIII, was celebrated at the IV Congress of Circular and Sustainable Schools in Madrid, marking a significant achievement with the involvement of 51 educational centers and benefiting over 100,000 individuals. The initiative, which promotes environmental education and social innovation through circular economy practices like composting, received support from various entities, including Mercedes-Benz Group Services Madrid. Our colleague María José Montiel was in the event. She highlighted the company's commitment to sustainability and education, emphasizing the internal demand for actions that improve the environment and promote diversity and inclusion. #MBGSM 

Mercedes-Benz Group Services Madrid hosted a successful hybrid Town Hall Meeting with over 800 attendees, featuring presentations about ongoing and future projects, discussions on AI and Integrity and recognition to long-serving colleagues and innovative ideas. Leaded by some managers, the event meant an opportunity to share valuable insights, make our community stronger and continue driving progress together. Today, in celebration of the World Book Day, Mercedes-Benz Group Services Madrid has opened a library in the office. 📚 The MBGSM Library is a space where employees can come together to share knowledge, stories and inspiration. The Home of Data ART recently wrapped up their PI Planning session with close to 100 colleagues from Germany, Austria, India, and Spain. 🌍 The event took place at our Madrid office and featured insightful presentations from the Business Owner, Product Managers, and the System Architect, highlighting the vision and strategic priorities crucial for realizing the ART's objectives. Through a spirit of collaboration, the team meticulously devised a holistic plan, capitalizing on face-to-face discussions to tackle intricate subjects and reach pivotal conclusions. The A³ ART held its 14th PI planning and the first in Mercedes-Benz Group Services Madrid. For an entire week, 70 colleagues from Spain, India, Germany and Romania gathered on site. All of them were able to welcome their customers and stakeholders, achieve alignment and shared their mission and vision. It was an awesome experience. Thanks for coming!

At Mercedes-Benz Group Services Madrid we have a new Delivery Hub Europe dedicated to ‘Retail of the Future’, Mercedes-Benz´s transformation to a direct sales model in Europe. Last week, the management team officially opened the new hub, welcomed all team-members and presented an update of the company goals and strategic milestones.
