IGW Belgium invested in a new grinding machine. The machine, a DANOBAT, is an upgraded version of a previous DANOBAT machine we already had in-house. 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘁 𝗮 𝗯𝗶𝗴 𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹? 🤔 This grinding machine is designed for shorter pieces up to 2 meters and capable of handling larger diameters. This investment allows us to internally grind extension shafts for the maritime sector, a process we previously outsourced. Another big plus is that this machine allows us to grind our parts in one go, thanks to the rotating grinding head and the possibility for three seperate grinding stones.
