Enjoying Life: Work

“Enjoying Life: Work” is engaged in professional training and employment of people aged 50+. Since 2018, hard-working people have been finding work and changing professions with us – becoming landscape designers, florists, baristas, testers in IT and many others. They start a new life and realize their professional dreams.

We set a new social trend among employers: hiring older people has become the norm for companies large and small. Not only that, it has become a prestigious norm.

The project actively conducts educational events: workshops, seminars, workshops on job search and career guidance tools. A course on studying the Ukrainian language was launched. Together with partners, they invited hard-working people to English courses. The project also has an MS Office course, weekly psychological support groups. “Enjoying Life: Work” engages career consultants for group and individual employment consultations.
