1. General Provisions

1.1. Charitable organization “Charitable Foundation “Enjoying life” (hereinafter referred to as the “Foundation”), which is the Owner and Manager of personal data, in the sense of the Law “On the Protection of Personal Data”, carries out charitable activities in accordance with the Law “On Charitable Activities and Charitable Organizations” by providing charitable assistance in the areas of activity defined in the Foundation’s Charter and in accordance with the Charity Program and Charity Projects implemented by the Foundation, at the expense of funds and property received from legal entities and individuals (hereinafter “Users”, “Visitors” in any case) in the form of a charitable donation, including through public fundraising on the Foundation’s website https://www.enjoyinglife.org.ua (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”).

1.2. When any natural person visits the Site, the Foundation receives information about him, such as the name, mobile phone, e-mail address of the Visitor. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) applies when an individual:

  • visits our site;
  • registers on our website to receive charitable assistance;
  • makes a charitable donation;
  • provides the Foundation with his personal data in another way for communication purposes.

1.3. This Policy defines the types of information and personal data that the Foundation receives from Visitors to the Foundation’s website and the procedure for their collection, processing and use. Information and personal data are collected, processed, and used in strict accordance with the requirements of Ukraine’s current legislation.

1.4. The Fund reserves the right to make changes to the Policy at any time and for any reason without additional notification of the Visitors about the changes.

1.5. Providing/placing information on the Site constitutes the Visitor’s consent to the content of this Policy and means that the Visitor gives his consent to the fact that the Fund can collect, use and process information that establishes his identity in accordance with this Policy and the current legislation of Ukraine.

2. Terms of confidentiality

2.1. According to the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data” (hereinafter referred to as “the Law”), personal data means information or a set of information about a natural person who is identified or can be specifically identified.

According to this Policy, the concept of “personal information” includes information or a part of information that allows identification of the User. This includes first and last name, nickname, email address, phone number, date of birth, and may also include information such as IP address. We receive such information directly from the User when registering on the site, providing contact data, information obtained from payments of charitable donations, and other personal information that the User voluntarily provides to the Foundation.

During navigation and interaction with our site, we use technologies of automatic data collection from the User’s browser or any device, including the User’s geolocation, UTM parameters, device type and browser type, cookies and data about the User’s interaction with the site ( session ID).

The purpose of collecting this technical data is for analytical purposes, such as to operate, maintain, and improve our site. The site pages may also contain codes from other Internet resources (for example, social network plugins, Google Analytics) for collecting statistics.

A cookie is a small text file or files that store information directly on the User’s computer, mobile phone or other device. They help the site to remember the necessary information so that it is easier for the User to visit the site the next time, and the content on it is more useful. Cookies do not contain personal data and the User can disable cookies at any time by using the help function in their browser.

2.3. The user of the site gives his consent to the processing, storage and use of his personal data by the Fund and the inclusion of his personal data in the relevant personal data bases of the Fund for the purpose of carrying out the statutory activities of the Fund in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data”.

2.3. The Fund treats with great respect the confidential (personal) information of all persons who have visited the Site, as well as those who use the services provided by the Site, in connection with which the Fund strives to protect the confidentiality of personal data (information or a set of information about physical a person who is identified or can be specifically identified), thereby creating and providing the most comfortable conditions for using the Site’s services for each user.

2.4. Personal information of visitors and users of the site, collected during registration, is used to provide services in accordance with charitable goals, including answering questions. Also, contact information can be used in mailings, namely to inform people about new opportunities, promotions, and other news.
