I do not realize what the Copyright Act of 1790 is, which would be my reasoning for having opened up that link. So if I do not know anything about that particular act, how would I be able to create any type of page for it. Furthermore, why are you letting people have free reign to create various pages on your web site. Do you actually have that much faith in everyone who visits your site? I believe that you should probably leave web site addition to the administrators of the site. I do realize that you most likely edit all of the incoming information; however, you would save yourselves a lot of work and mindless editing if you would only add to the site yourselves.
