The IP range 2a02:c7c:e83a:0::/64 geolocates to the exact same location as the currently blocked 2a02:c7c:30d9:c400::/64 (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log) that Arsi786 used. On the Religion in Lebanon article, 2a02:c7c:e83a:0::/64 reinstated an edit by a user named Barbardo, who shares the same interests and editing style with Arsi786 and their other socks.  Looks like a duck to me.
