Receipt

A white paper receipt, as proof of payment, and shown flat or curled. May be used for other financial documents (e.g., invoice, tax form). May also be used for the slang receipts, or "evidence” or “confirmation” of some feat or controversy.

Some vendors feature easter eggs. Apple’s design, for instance, displays the date of July 17 (World Emoji Day); items referencing its 1997–2002 Crazy Ones/Think Different ad campaign (misfits, square pegs, round holes); and a balance $0.00.

Receipt was approved as part of Unicode 11.0 in 2018 and added to Emoji 11.0 in 2018.
