  • Call 911 (SLAC phone or cell phone)
  • After calling 911, call 650-926-5555 (cell phone) or x5555 (SLAC phone)
  • Notify your supervisor or SLAC point of contact, then contact your Safety Coordinator or Duty Operator/Floor Coordinator.
