Switching high voltage in a buck regulator from an awkward ground reference

I am making a HV buck regulator for driving 50W or 100W LED COBs in series, they have about 33V forward voltage each so I should be able to do up to 7 or maybe even 8 in series. 1.5A for the 50W COBs ...
