Jun 10 at 15:33 comment added user1908704 The transformer in circuit 2 is drawn with a larger secondary just to fit on all the different windings without having them unreadably close together. Circuit diagrams are about conveying information, and here they have to make the secondary bigger to fit it all on. That trumps anything about relative sizes of the windings.
