If you aren't sure if they will understand a "circle" instruction, get someone who writes Chinese to tell them what you mean. Also, it's not surprising the PCB manufactures don't understand Groove instructions in your Gerber file: Groove instructions should be in the Routing layer, not in the Hole layer. | |
