Help with powering off Latch circuit to cycle power in an ATX /POWER_ON latchPSU

I'm very new to electronics, and designing a system powered by an ATX PSU. I'd I'd like it to be able to be switched on and off by a momentary switch, and but also to be able to turn itselfbe turned off by another input. The

Would this approach work ? Any suggestions ?
