The top #AI insight from Realcomm Events this year was that data health is the first step towards AI readiness. Here's why it's excellent advice:     🤖 AI is only as smart as the data it uses. The richer the data and the better the quality, the better the results. Identify your truly valuable data and get it into a location where AI solutions like Copilot can access it.     🔒 Data security is critical to ensure AI answers are appropriate for the audience. Copilot relies on Azure's role-based security to make sure you never see answers from data you don't have access to. Review those access roles now before AI reveals confidential data to the wrong person.     🛡️ Personal data related to employees and residents will need extra care. Your data governance policies need to ensure sensitive data can't accidentally be leaked by AI.     📄 Your structured data might be in good shape thanks to the systems that capture it, but how's your unstructured data? Are lease documents missing metadata that would help an AI understand them? Does your data lake contain outdated or inaccurate content that would cause hallucinations?     🔍 Even your structured data might need some love.
