EHJ Energi: e-drive has made a huge difference in RDF production To keep up with an ever-increasing amount of materials coming in and supercharge their RDF production, Danish waste management company EHJ Energi installed the M&J F320e fine-shredder. Using an electrical drive has made a difference in terms of capacity, maintenance, and operating costs: ”The difference is huge. We now produce about 100 tonnes of RDF pr. day, and we’re experiencing 25-30% energy savings compared to running a hydraulic shredder", says Nils Tougaard, Operations Manager.
