David Michael Koechner (pronounced KECK-ner) is an American actor, voice actor, comedian, and screenwriter. He is best known for his roles as Champ Kind in the Anchorman film series, as well as Todd Packer in the NBC mockumentary sitcom The Office. He also voiced Dag the Coyote, the main antagonist of the 2006 Nickelodeon animated film Barnyard, as well as Principal Dean in the Cartoon Network series Regular Show.
For Disney, he both portrayed and/or voiced various characters, such as Stumpy in the 2001 Touchstone Pictures film Out Cold, Uncle Earl in Hannah Montana, Muck in Sofia the First, Mac Antfee in Randy Cunningham: 9th Grade Ninja, Rusty Britches in the Phineas and Ferb episode "Terrifying Tri-State Trilogy of Terror", a Coach in Future-Worm!, and Beau Bowman in the ABC TV show Bless This Mess.
