Lala Kent is standing up for Lisa Rinna. The Vanderpump Rules star, who has been unfavorable among Bravoholics as of late, revealed she’s “obsessed” with the controversial Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum.

“I’m obsessed with her. I dig her,” Kent said on today’s episode of her Give Them Lala podcast. “A lot of people in the Bravo community come for her a lot — still, to this day. Wild. I’m like, ‘Y’all hold a grudge. You gotta let it go. You don’t know this woman.'”

Kent added that she’s “still confused” over why RHOBH fans didn’t like Rinna, though noted that it had to do with the way she tried to “pit” sisters Kyle Richards and Kathy Hilton against each other in her final season on the show.

“I’m like, ‘Bitch. We’re making TV, alright? You’re welcome. You’re fucking welcome,'” Kent continued. “So they don’t like her.”

Rinna was the catalyst in Richards’ most recent feud with Hilton, which stemmed from the latter’s infamous Aspen meltdown in the reality show’s 12th season. The actress detailed the “abusive” things Hilton allegedly said about Richards at the reunion, while Hilton accused Rinna of trying to drum up some drama because her “contract was coming up.”

Rinna was dragged by viewers the entire season, with many calling for her to leave the show. They ultimately got their wish when she and Bravo mutually parted ways ahead of Season 13.

Kent, for her part, was sympathetic toward Rinna — especially now that she has come under fire for her reaction to Ariana Madix‘s post-Scandoval fame (and refusal to film with her cheating ex-boyfriend Tom Sandoval) in the most recent season of Vanderpump Rules.

“I’ve been on the side of, like, people may not dig me, but there’s a lot of people who do dig me,” she said. “Now I’m on the side of it where it’s not like I went out and gave some absurd political view. It’s not like you saw me doing something horrific in an elevator. I literally asked questions for someone who got cheated on. Period. And you would think that I murdered a litter of puppies.”

The reality star also responded to claims that she’s becoming the new Rinna, telling her listeners that she takes that as a “compliment.”
